Out on the road recruiting or for vacation and have some time to kill!? Here are a few podcast episodes I've learned a TON from lately...
This list is a good mixture of genres and personalities to keep things fresh but they all provide some insightful wisdom and teaching points that directly apply to coaching both on and off the court in order to become the best version of ourselves.

Coach Buzz goes into great detail on every aspect of his program at Texas A&M. From organizing his staff to planning the summer workout calendar, Coach discusses his day to day mindset as a leader along with how he stays grounded outside of basketball and prioritizes family.

James Clear, author of the best selling “Atomic Habits” goes one step further on several of the themes from the book such as goal setting, the importance of preparation in relation to consistency and the concept of being “selectively ignorant”.
